Compact and Compact Design

Having dimensions of 130×157×48.5mm, makes this DJI drone easier to carry anywhere. Even put in a sling bag though. The weight is only around 135 grams and is certainly very light.

The four propellers have special protectors for safer flight for beginners and in tight areas. Flying the drone in temperature conditions ranging from -10° to 40° Celsius is no problem.
Stable and Immersive Image Capture

The DJI Neo camera uses a ½-inch sensor with 12MP resolution. The camera is capable of stable 4K UHD resolution video. This includes recording in 4K/30fps or 1080p/60fps. Users can save recordings to the 22GB internal media storage for up to 40 minutes of 4K/30fps video or 55 minutes of 1080p/60fps video.

Shooting remains stable with RockSteady and HorizonBalancing stabilizer support. A special algorithm helps to reduce vibrations to correct tilts up to ±45° and create better images. Shooting is more cinematic with support for Dronie, Circle, Rocket, Spotlight, Helix, and Boomerang modes. AI Subject Tracking features such as Smart Tracking and Direction Track to lock onto moving objects.

Take control of your DJI Neo flight with several operating modes to choose from based on your usage and needs, including:

Voice Control:

Fly the drone with voice commands by simply activating the “Hey Fly” Voice Command feature in the DJI Fly app. The drone will fly as directed by the voice command.

DJI Fly App on Smartphone:

Install the DJI Fly app on your smartphone to fly the drone and control it with a virtual joystick. This mode can be used to fly the drone up to 50 meters away. Including adjusting the angle to the tracking distance of the drone while flying.

DJI RC Controller:

Used to fly the drone via remote transmission up to up to 6 kilometers (CE) with the DJI RC-N3. Includes image capture with 1080p/30fps quality. DJI Neo is also compatible with DJI RC 2 and DJI RC-N2 controllers.

Motion Controller:

DJI Neo can also be used as an FPV drone. Just connect it with DJI Googles 3 and RC Motion 3. Or you can also use the FPV Remote Controller 3 to reach a transmission distance of up to 6 kilometers (CE). The image display is more at 1080p/60fps when using these devices.
Safe and Comfortable Flight

Fly the drone in the air for a long time. The DJI Neo Basic is equipped with a 1,435mAh battery. This makes the drone capable of flying in the air for 18 minutes or 20 round-trip flights. Recharging the battery is even easier using the Type-C cable. The Two-Way Charging Hub feature allows for three batteries at once.

The drone is equipped with a Return to Home (RTH) feature to return to the original takeoff spot during emergencies. The RTH feature can be activated via an app on a smartphone. Even when flown in windy conditions up to Level 4, it is still safe.
Faster Transfer, Clearer Audio

DJI NEO data transfer

Transferring recorded data from DJI Neo drone can be done easily to DJI Fly app. No need to use cables to transfer to a smartphone. Simply use the WiFi network. In addition, the drone supports recording accompanied by audio using DJI Mic 2.

The microphone can be connected to a smartphone using a Bluetooth connection. The DJI Fly app is also able to eliminate noise from the propellers when the drone is being flown. This makes the background audio during video recording clearer. Especially for recording vlog mode at low altitudes.
